Registration System
To register, you must complete the registration form with your personal information. When registering you must provide an e-mail or your birthdate (which will be your login) to access a restricted area of registration and abstract submission. The following data must be completed very carefully, because it will be also used for your abstracts submission in the near future.

* Make sure that the e-mail address provided on the form is correct, because all it will be used for all communications with you.
* Registration will only be completed after confirmation of the payment.
* Every participant will receive an e-mail confirming that the form is completed correctly. And as soon as our system confirm the payment, the participant will receive another e-mail with the confirmation of the registration.

Cancellation and Reimbursements
Cancellations should be made by e-mail until June 30th, 2017. Note that 70% of the amount paid will be reimbursed, and 30% will be used for administrative fees. No reimbursements will be made after June 30th, 2017. The reimbursements will be made up to 30 days after the end of the IUPS-2017 Congress.

Replacement of Participant
Replacement of Participant should be made by e-mail ( until June 30th, 2017. Any questions please contact the registration department of MCI Brazil by phone (+55 21 2286 2846) or by e-mail ( After June 30th, 2017 any replacement requested will be charged an administrative fee of 100,00 BRL.

Registration and Abstracts Submission
All registered participant will be allowed to submit one abstract as part of the registration fee. A second abstract per registration will be allowed but in this case a handling fee of 55,00 BRL will be charged.
